The Star Wars game has been cancelled for good

Posted September 10, 2018 09:16:17The Star Wars Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is set to be scrapped after Disney Interactive Studios (DIS) announced on Thursday that it has decided to end production on the game.

A statement from Disney Interactive stated: “Disney is proud to say that the Star Wars Battlefront™ 2 project has been discontinued.”

The statement added that the studio is “looking forward to moving on to other exciting projects.”

This announcement follows a disappointing launch for the game, which came with the release of a free-to-play version in the first week of the launch window.

The game launched in March with a $60 monthly subscription fee, but a patch to address bugs and balance issues with the game’s story mode removed the option to buy the game outright.

The decision to end the Star War Battlefront saga has been a big blow to gamers and fans alike, with many questioning the decision.

While the game was not perfect, it was a step forward for the series, which had been a huge disappointment for many gamers who had expected a return to the series’ roots.

It was also the first Star Wars title to have a “multiplayer mode” that allows players to fight together against a larger, more powerful enemy.

The cancellation of the game comes after several major Star Wars titles have come and gone since the game released in 2017, including The Last Jedi and Star Wars Rebels, which were cancelled and replaced by other games.
