Here’s how heat indexers work.

The heat index measures how hot it feels to the touch.

Heat indexers use a computer algorithm to determine how much heat it will take to raise or lower a temperature.

For example, if you are wearing a heat-resistant jacket and the heat index is 50, you can lower your temperature by 5 degrees, but if you remove it and the temperature is still 50 degrees, the heat will still need to be raised.

The data comes from data from several heat index systems around the country, including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Department of Homeland Security and the National Weather Service.

The NWS uses data from its database of temperatures to calculate the average temperature.

Weather.com’s data is not official and it is not possible to tell whether an individual’s heat index was at 50 or 50.

The Heat Index System is a network of four temperature sensors located in the city, each of which measures temperatures from different points along the East River.

The temperature of each point varies with the amount of sunlight reaching each point.

The systems measure temperatures in inches from ground level and also have a solar panel that collects energy from the sun.

The panels generate electricity to run the heat-sensitive devices.

In the summer months, heat index sensors are placed along bridges and can be found near power lines and other public infrastructure.

But the majority of the heat sensors are used during the winter months, when it is cooler outside and people are out in the sun more often.

Some heat index programs are more accurate than others.

There is an online tool for the National Centers for Environmental Information, a federal agency that helps improve temperature readings.

Heatindex.org is also used to keep tabs on hurricanes, snowstorms and wildfires, among other issues.

The National Weather Services keeps a detailed database of daily temperature readings, which is not updated at all during the heat of the season.

The weather service uses this information to help inform how it manages the weather and how to prepare for the next weather event.

Heat.gov has data for every state and the District of Columbia.
